Sereno Development was founded by Thomas Savage in 2024 to service investment in Italy’s rapidly expanding hospitality and leisure sector. He is a multi-award winning and internationally published, design-led architect and project manager, selected by the British Design Council as “One to Watch”. He studied at University College London, graduating with a first-class master's. He trained with Pilbrow & Partners, RSHP, and Hopkins Architects helping deliver The Waterman, The LSE Centre Building, and The All England Lawn Tennis Club (AELTC) respectively.

He has extensive experience gaining planning approval and delivering award-winning schemes in a range of sectors including Education, Sport & Leisure, Hospitality, Residential, Office, Masterplanning, Industrial, Retail, and Mixed Use with values from £1m - £200m+.

Over the last 10 years, he has worked on schemes for many leading property developers including Knight Dragon, Far East Consortium, Shiva Hotels, Related Argent, Wates & Trilogy
